Former state Sen. David Carlucci weighs in on redistricting fight as Hochul hosts Texas lawmakers

Gov. Kathy Hochul hosted Texas state lawmakers in the Red Room of the state Capitol in Albany Monday after they fled the state to stop passage of a new mid-decade congressional map.
